Or, a Chapter 13, which is a restructuring of your debts to give you time to catch up on some of the secured
items that you may have fallen behind on, but, which you still wish to keep - like your home or car. And, in this type case,
your payments are applied in such a way that they catch up the amounts you’re behind on and only what’s left is
spread over your unsecured debts so that by the time your Chapter 13 Plan ends your secured items are up to date and whatever
